According to the WHO, pharmacovigilance is the science and activities relating to the detection, assessment, understanding and prevention of adverse effects or any other medicine-related problems.

Report adverse reactions and any situation related to the use of medicines (e.g. drug interactions, administration errors, lack of treatment efficacy, pregnancy, etc.).
By reporting adverse reactions, you make medicines safer and help healthcare professionals make more informed therapeutic decisions.
